How to ask for a consultation

Entering information about the book and your own data on the request-consultation page, gives us the information we need to do the research you request.

Bibliographic Research will send back a descriptive file of the book, including its merits and market quotation, signed and authenticated by one of our experts.

Book merits include verification of the edition, notes on content, author, printer and engravers (if there are illustrations), plus historical and cultural notes and bibliographical references.

The sample certified file complete with images is in PDF format. If you cannot view the file, you need to install Acrobat Reader.

Bibliographic Research reserves the right to eliminate requests not strictly pertaining to old or rare books, at its discretion.

Consultation fee

• 155 euro

In the case of particularly valuable works, an additional cost for the research will be agreed upon each time, depending on the value of each specific work.

How to pay

By bank transfer or money order at the time of order. Bank or money order information will be communicated via e-mail in reply to the consultation request. An invoice or receipt will follow payment.

Consignment time

Within a month of payment receipt you will receive the certified consultation on the book.

Should Bibliographic Research's research be unsuccessful, your money will be refunded.
